Sales Terms and Delivery Conditions

Delivery
Items will generally be shipped within 8 working days upon receipt of order. In case of items imported from abroad, however, delivery may be postponed due to delays on which we have no bearing. Please inform about any damages to the package within seven days on receipt.

Prices
All catalogue prices are net prices ex stock, plus the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Packings
We charge the packings at cost price. We try to save costs by re-using packaging materials. We will, however, not take back packaging materials.

Shipping charges
Inland consignments with a minimum net value of Euro 250.00 will be delivered free of freightage and packaging charges. For some items, special conditions apply which are stated in the respective item description. We reserve the right to deliver first offers by C.O.D. The minimum order value is EURO 15.00. We are not able to handle smaller orders economically.
Foreign orders can only be delivered against prepayment, consignments of a minimum net value of EURO 250.00 will be shipped free German border.

Further conditions and liabilities
Technical data, sizes and designations are subject to alterations. Complaints can only be taken into consideration within 8 days upon receipt of consignment. Return consignments will only be accepted if pre-assigned. We will compensate for deficiencies up to the value of the delivered good. Further claims are excluded.

Retention of ownership
We retain ownership of the items supplied until full payment of the purchase price. Place of performance for delivery and payment, as well as place of jurisdiction, is Landshut (Niederbayern, Germany).

Payment
For cash with order, cash on delivery, and payments within 8 days we allow 2 % off. Payments within 30 days are strictly net.
For all deliveries abroad we request prepayment with an allowment of 2 % off. Please await our advance bill. Items will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Please state your value added tax identificaton number, if you are a citizen of the European Community.
